Then send us your broken device(s) with a business card, we will repair and return them. You will be digitally invoiced when the repair is completed, once payment is made the devices will be shipped. There is no charge if the device is not fixable and you will only be responsible for return shipping.

Send as many devices as you would like in the same box.

Return shipping will include declared value of ($1500) per device.

In some cases devices may require additional repair charges of (+$150) due to the severity of the damage.

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding payment obligations and account delinquency:

  1. Payment Responsibility: All users are required to pay invoices in full by the due date indicated on the invoice. Failure to do so will result in the account being considered delinquent.

  2. Delinquent Accounts: An account is deemed delinquent if an invoice remains unpaid for more than 30 days past the due date.

  3. Forfeiture of Device: In the event that an account becomes delinquent, and no contact has been made or payment arrangements have been established within the 30-day period, the device associated with the delinquent account will be forfeited.

  4. Sale of Device: Upon forfeiture, the device will be sold to recover the outstanding balance owed as per the delinquent invoice. The proceeds from the sale will be applied to the unpaid balance. Any remaining balance will remain the responsibility of the user.

  5. User Agreement: By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including the right of the service provider to forfeit and sell the device in the event of non-payment.

  6. Contact and Arrangements: To avoid forfeiture, users are encouraged to contact our billing department to discuss payment arrangements if they are unable to meet their payment obligations on time.

  7. Loss or Damage Claims: We do not assume any responsibility for devices that are lost or damaged in transit or during handling by third-party carriers. Any claims for loss or damage must be directed to the carrier, and we are not liable for denied claims.

  8. Post-Repair Liability: We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other liabilities that may arise from the use of a device after it has been repaired. Users assume all risks associated with the use of the device post-repair, including any defects or malfunctions.

  9. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the device or the enforcement of these terms.

These terms are enforceable and binding upon all users. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payments to avoid forfeiture actions.
